For agents and brokers
ArmorPark’s exclusive insurance program for parking companies offers coverage specifically designed to meet the unique needs of parking companies of all sizes—whether they operate nationwide or in just one territory.
Our Commercial General Liability and Garagekeepers Legal Liability coverage forms are combined on a broad-coverage policy specifically tailored to meet the coverage needs of businesses engaged in operations relating to the parking of customers’ cars. We will write parking operators that perform self-parking, assisted parking, and valet-parking, as well as parking for special events.
Our policy also may include coverage for incidental operations in conjunction with parking, such as auto-detailing and minor auto services, the moving of customers’ vehicles to repair facilities, and basic concierge-type services. In addition, the policy includes protection when parking operators move patrons’ vehicles off premises and onto public roads or to other locations in the course of the insured’s business of parking cars.
Our ArmorPark program manager and underwriter, Connie Fox, has over 25 years of insurance background specific to the parking industry. Drawing on her experience, we are able to provide risk-prevention tools for your parking clients.
